In Loving Memory of Patricia Goodrich

Patricia Dawn Goodrich (Bracey) passed away on August 30, 2019 at the age of 48 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born on November 11, 1970 in Chicago, Illinois to Bobbie Goodrich and Rose Marie Teresa Oats.  After growing up near Evanston, Illinois and graduating from Near North Career Magnet High School, Patricia moved to Colorado and attended Pikes Peak Community College and Colorado Tech University, receiving her Associates Degree in Business Administration.  She went on to have an extensive career in the US Army from 1993 to 2006 and was then Honorably Discharged in Anchorage, Alaska.  Patricia was a loving Christian woman and loved being a part of the Church of God Worlds Mission Society.  When she wasn’t working, she often enjoyed taking walks, watching movies, relaxing with family, or jamming out to music, particularly to Everything Gone Be Alright by Bob Marley, Hood Love by Mary J. Blige, or Butterflies by Queen Naija.  She was very much looking forward to being married to the love of her life, Johnthen Harrigan, whom she met while living in Colorado Springs.  My mother was always such a bubbly, happy person when she was around people. It was always such a great time with laughter, joy, and nothing but smiles.  My mom was my best friend and we always made the best out of every situation.
