In Loving Memory of Kenneth Ray Roberts

Kenneth Ray Roberts, age 65, passed away on January 12, 2020 in Pueblo, Colorado.  He was born on September 1, 1954 in Canon City, Colorado to Raymond Delyle Roberts and Janet Eileen (Rowe) Roberts.  Kenneth graduated from Canon City High School in 1973.  He later married his loving wife, Vickie Carmack on September 3, 1994 and they made their home together in Florence, Colorado for the past 25 years.

A true country boy, he loved the Denver Broncos, hunting with family and friends, listening to outlaw country music, rodeos and Nascar.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Janet Roberts; grandparents, Leon and Laura Rowe; father-in-law, J.A. Carmack; and his niece, Cassie Roberts.  He is survived by his wife, Vickie (Carmack) Roberts; his son Jeff (Louisa) Norris of Colorado; daughter, Chrystina (Lenny) Morales of Colorado; mother-in-law, Carole Carmack of Colorado and Texas; sister, Laura Roberts of Colorado; brothers, Keith (Julie) Roberts of Arkansas; Gordon (Judy) Roberts of Texas; and Kyle (Cheri) Roberts of Colorado; sisters-in-law, Janet (Bob) Young of Colorado; Tammy (Mark S.A.) Hoffman of Colorado; four grandchildren; aunt, Gladys Keys of Colorado; uncles, Ronnie Rowe of Colorado and Dennis (Rita) Rowe of Colorado; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family would like to thank the wonderful caregivers from Sangre de Cristo Joni Fair Hospice House.

 

There will be a Celebration of Life Service on January 21, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Florence Elk’s Lodge, located at 131 East Front Street, Florence, Colorado 81226.
