Danita Michelle Jones

October 29, 1966 – July 28, 2022

We are saddened to announce the death of Danita Michelle Jones. Michelle was a beloved mother of three, Air Force Veteran, and Stand-Up Comedian. Michelle was an animal lover, an advocate for the LGBTQ community, and loved to cook for family and friends. Her humor served as a light for everyone who knew her.

Michelle passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 55 following a courageous battle with Buerger’s Disease. Her soul will be reunited with her mother Wanda, who passed away in 1996.

Michelle is survived by her children Nathan, Zachary, and Bayleigh, her father Dan, her sisters Terri, Vicki, and Carla, her dog Maizie, as well as the many friends who considered her family.
