In Loving Remembrance of Carol Christine Duvall
Carol was born January 30th, 1950 in Amanda Rt #2 Clearcreek Township, Ohio. She passed away at home peacefully in her sleep and with God’s grace on April 30th, 2021 at the age of 71. She was preceded in death by her father, John Duvall; mother, Dorothy Duvall; sister, Peggy; brother, John Jr.; and nephew, Robert De Jong. She is survived by her sister, Ruth De Jong; sons, Walter Ellard, David Ellard, and Johnny Ellard. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Sky, Tyler, Bryce, Jacob, and Matthew, of whom have given her 5 great grandchildren, Cadence, Lincoln, Luna, Anielia, and Raiden. As well as nieces, nephews, and their families.
Growing up with her brother and sisters in Columbus, Ohio, she loved climbing trees, playing baseball, and spending the summers with her grandparents in Lansing, Michigan. Later in life she had 3 sons and raised them with unflinching love and dedication. She loved dancing, singing karaoke, cooking (worlds best impossible taco pie), painting on canvas, spending time with family and loved ones, and loving on her many animals she had throughout the years.
For all those years, she lit up the world with her charm, love, kindness, and enormously warm heart. She has given us all an unstoppable legacy that without her would never have come to pass. She leaves behind a space in all of our hearts that will forever be hers, and she will be missed fiercely by those who knew and loved her.
